Trans-fat-free French fries

Is this a sign of things to come. The fast food industry may soon be rolling out trans-fat-free fries from Slimplot Foods. This may be a good thing in that it will raise consumer's awareness of the benefits of staying away from foods cooked in oils containing trans fats.
